Based in Tennessee, Well x Design is a virtual interior design studio serving clients nationwide. We help homeowners create refined spaces that bring balance to their lives.
VIRTUAL CONSULTATION
Ideal for helping you work through high-level design issues and answer specific questions for your renovation or new build, our 90-minute virtual consultation will give you an honest perspective and a variety of design ideas and solutions for your space. We take a custom approach to every project by first understanding the overall look and the feeling that you are trying to achieve. Then, we give you clear direction and ideas to take at your own pace.
WxD PLANNED
Designing at a distance is our specialty. We work off of photos, measurements, and your personal style to give you an elevated and detailed design plan you can implement on your own for any number of spaces in your home. We begin each project by understanding your project details and personal goals. Then we work to create a lasting design for your space by incorporating natural materials and quality products that will live well for years to come. This service includes the design plan, space plan, and detailed shopping list with easy-to-purchase links. It does not include product procurement, project management, or implementation of the design.
WxD DELIVERED
Interested in working with us to create a design plan for your home, but you also need assistance ordering and procuring all of the different pieces and products? Our premium WxD Delivered service includes the same scope and deliverables of our WxD Planned service with the addition of delivery of material samples, ordering and procurement services, and consulting during implementation of the design. This can help save hours of your time and ensure that every item is properly ordered in the correct size, finish, color, and quantity.
THE PROCESS
PHASE I
Project Details
Our projects begin by understanding your project goals for the style and functionality of your space. For us, details are everything. So we want to ensure we start by outlining all of the information we need to create the ideal design for you. In this phase, we gather all the project details from our comprehensive design questionnaire, images of the space, and the detailed measurements you will send.
PHASE II
Design
Once we have all the details we need to get started, we get to work curating and selecting all of the finishes, furnishings, and decor to create a high-end custom look for your space. When we have created the initial concept, we will share with you to receive feedback and revisions requests so we can make final updates to the design. Once approved, we package up all of the selections, product details, and design instructions for you so you have everything you need to implement the design on your own.
PHASE III
Optional: Ordering & Implementation
If interested, our team can continue to assist you once your design has been finalized and approved with product procurement and consulting through the design implementation. This is only eligible for our WxD Delivered service. We will deliver material samples, help purchase all the recommended items, and consult with you on the design through the process. This premium service will save hours of your time and ensure each piece is ordered with the correct specifications like, size, color, finish, and quantity.
